The primary purpose is to go beyond the politics of pregnancy to serve women and men facing pregnancy decisions by offering education and resources that empower an informed choice.
The primary purpose of the corporation is two-fold: (i) to provide support, education, resources, and advocacy for those facing a pregnancy decision in order to enable an informed and confident choice and (ii) to educate and equip the local community to meet the physical, emotional, relational, and material needs of those facing a pregnancy decision in a way that reflects their value and dignity.

| REBUILDING THE VIABLE OPTIONS WEBSITEThe goal of Viable Options is to empower women, their partners, and their families to make confident pregnancy decisions by connecting them to tangible solutions and community support. The strategy for accomplishing this is two-pronged--direct service to individuals and ommunity action. In order to best implement and educate our region on both these strategies, it was necessary to do a total rebuild of the Viable Options website--speaking to both audiences clearly and concisely and delivering the resources each needs most. This included a thorough reexamination of our language and services description, in order to maximize accessibility for prospective clients and the community. The new site was launched in October of 2023. | $0 | $0 |
| LAUNCHING THE DIGITAL PREGNANCY DECISION TOOLBuilt into this website rebuild was the launching of our digital pregnancy decision tool--an online platform that clients can use to outline their needs and request services without the necessity of face-to-face contact or even a phone call. This tool is the product of many hours of research and development and was created as a response to the widespread shift towards digital care and to the preferences and needs of those most likely to face a pregnancy decision--Generation Z.This generation is facing epidemic levels of social anxiety, isolation, poor mental health, and financial instability. They are also less likely than any other generation to avail themselves of a traditional socialservice model, follow through on an in-person appointment, or make a phone call.In light of this, we have worked this year to shift our direct service offerings into the digital sphere by developing an online tool for processing an unintended pregnancy. Hosted on the Viable Options website, this tool can be accessed via digital device and, using a five-minute questionnaire, helps to identify the most pressing needs and pressures in a person's life, while offering onramps to solutions in the community (i.e., trauma counseling, medical care, financial help, transportation, etc.). At the conclusion of the form is a list of resources that users can request more information about; they will then receive a personalized packet of solutions and referrals within 48 hours of submitting the form. The goal is to reduce barriers in the path of those facing pregnancy decisions and to connect them as seamlessly as possible to the care that they need. For those who would like further, ongoing support, remote appointments are also available via phone or video call. | $0 | $0 |
| ENGAGING LOCAL CHURCHESIn October, we also launched a new model for engaging with local churches through onsite and remote training options. The cornerstone of this program is our Reconstructing Training, specifically designed to equip local church communities to effectively reach and serve those facing pregnancy decisions. The goal is to provide language, principles, and tools that help individual congregations to create processes for providing tangible help and solutions for those facing pregnancy decisions and to communicate their readiness to serve to their local communities. To market this training, along with the other resources we offer for local churches, we sponsored a national women's conference and used the event as a launching pad to make connections and to share the Reconstructing Training with an audience of 1200--both in-person and streaming online. | $0 | $0 |
