Loeven group, inc. Is more than 35% controlled by lewis loeven, the former executive director of the board of directors, and provides general management of the activities of the organization. Loeven group, inc. Performed its services at negotiated, competitive terms. Lewis loeven was compensated by loeven group, inc. For services he provided in connection with the group's management services to the organization in an amount estimated to be $ 18,000.the organization contracts with umbrella entertainment group to produce/manage the fleet week air show. Umbrella entertainment group performs its services at negotiated, competitive terms and its personnel are not "interested parties", nor is there any conflict of interest with the organization.

VETERANS AND CURRENTLY SERVING CAREER SEMINAR - THIS EVENT PROVIDED VARIOUS WORKSHOPS AND PRESENTATIONS TO BETTER PREPARE ATTENDEES FOR CAREER CHOICES, JOB INTERVIEWS AND JOB SEEKING SKILLS. ALSO INCLUDED WAS A CAREER FAIR.2. INTERAGENCY SOFTBALL TOURNAMENTS.3. HOSPITALITY THROUGHOUT THE CITY OF SAN FRANCSICO.FOR THE COMMUNITY:1. FLEET WEEK AIR SHOW (FEATURING THE BLUE ANGELS) - THE AIR SHOW WAS SEEN BY OVER A MILLION PEOPLE AS AVIATORS DEMONSTRATED THE CAPABILITIES OF AIRCRAFT, PERFORMING STUNTS, SHOWCASING HERTIAGE AIRCRAFT AND PROVIDING EDUCATION AND ENTERTAINMENT ON THE AIR SHOW FESTIVAL GROUNDS. 2. MILITARY BAND CONCERTS - THROUGHOUT THE WEEK THE US NAVY AND MARINE CORPS BANDS PERFORMED IN NEIGHBORHOODS AND AT PARKS THROUGHOUT THE CITY OF SNA FRANCISCO. INCLUDED WAS THE HIGH SCHOOL BAND CHALLENGE WHERE FLEET WEEK PROVIDED CASH PRIZES TO HIGH SCHOOL MUSIC PROGRAMS THROUGHOUT THE SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA.3. SHIP TOURS - OVER 23,000 PEOPLE TOURED VISITING SHIPS FROM THE US NAVY, US COAST GUARD AND THE ROYAL CANADIAN NAVY.4. THE HUMANITARIAN VILLAGE - MILITARY SERVICES, CIVILIAN AGENCIES AND NGOS SET UP AN EDUCATIONAL VILLAGE DEMONSTRATING CAPABILITIES FOR DISASTER RESPONSE AND PROVIDING EDUCATION ON PREPAREDNESS AS WELL AS TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCES IN ENERGY SYSTEMS AND TRANSPORTATION. 5. HOSPITAL AND VETERAN FACILITY VISITS - MILITARY PERSONNEL VISITED CHILDREN'S HOSPITALS AND VETERANS' SHELTERS TO HELP THE MORALE OF THOSE IN NEED. FOR THE HUMANITARIAN ASSITANCE PROGRAM:1.
