Mission and Program Overview

Mission

Our mission statement is to create change among our youth and better our world one community at a time. The organization has been successful in seving over 1,920 children through its after school program, football camp, and other activities.

OUR MISSION STATEMENT IS TO CREATE CHANGE AMONG OUR YOUTH AND BETTER OUR WORLD ONE COMMUNITY AT A TIME. THE ORGANIZATION HAS BEEN SUCCESSFUL IN SEVING OVER 4,055 CHILDREN THROUGH ITS AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM, FOOTBALL CAMP, AND OTHER ACTIVITIES to include operating a local gym.

The tax returns were given to the Board of Directors of the organization which review the documents before they were sent to the IRS and State of California.

Conflict of interest policy compliance Part VI line 12C

The organization use its conflict of interest policy to monitor all transactions to ensure no activity occurs that might benefit the private interest of an officer or director. The officers of the organization primarily monitor the transactions and report to the Board of Directors of their review of this policy at each board meeeting. Each member of the Board of Directors are restricted on voting on any transactions that may have a conflict of interest regarding regarding a specific transaction. There has been no transactions with officers or Board of Directors with a conflict of interest issue for the tax year 2015.

The officer and staff of the organization compensation was derived based on comparable wages given to officers and staff with similar size non-profit organization in the area, and also based on the organization ability to pay officer and staff wages.

All staff compensation are based on the DOL wage rates for the specific job title. Currently, the organization use a program manager and teaching assistances for its after school program.

During the school year, our attendees were able to improve their acadamic performance in the After School Program. On the Weekends and summer, students learn how to play sports while learning the skill of leadership, teamwork, and responsibilities. A local gym is operating by our team and serve on average 143 individuals a day.
