“The 990 is reviewed by the finance committee and if satisfactory, then it is sent to the board of directors for full review. After full board review, and any resulting changes, it is approved by the treasurer.”

“For staff, any conflicts are reviewed and addressed by the chief operating officer and the chief executive officer. The board president and the governance committee of the board make determinations on any potential conflicts with the board of directors and chief operating officer.”

“Organizational revenue is significantly higher in 2022 due to a campaign to raise funds for the buildout of the arthome, the building where we provide programming. A significant portion of these funds are restricted for buildout expenses.”

“Path with art provides over 65 social service partners and related individuals with life affirming arts creation, exploration, exhibition, and accomplishment. Our community connections programs bring people from all backgrounds together to help connect to our shared humanity and develop empathy through the power of art. We partner with arts and culture organizations to help diversify audiences. We are a learning organization, driven by a dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion across all facets of our programs. We measure and evaluate program efficacy to demonstrate the impact of art on health and well being. We employ and train 55 teaching artists as well as arts and health organizations in the principles of trauma informed care and healing centered arts practice, the majority of whom identify as bipoc.”
