Those organizations included PADDC, Allegheny County Jail and PACHC. Each program had a dedicated CHC liasion who oversaw the programs established metrics and outcomes were met in accordance with the grant terms and obligations. In July of 2021, CHC was acquired by Three Rivers Youth, LLC and subsequently turned over all prgrams and staff to TRY to continue running day to day operations and program commitments. |
