Election is by majority vote. Upon election, officers and members of the board take possession of their offices immediately.”

At the board meeting, the finance committee and accounting firm review the Form 990 section by section, line by line, and will entertain questions from the board members and will recommend to the board members whether or not the 990 should be filed as it is. As part of the presentation, the finance committee will make recommendations regarding governance, policies, disclosures, and other matters.”
