The organization acquired antiques unique to the pharmacy profession. The collection will be kept in a permanent museum to educate pharmacists and honor the profession.

The foundation is exempt from federal income taxes under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. Management believes the foundation has no uncertain tax positions as of december 31, 2018. The foundation's federal forms 990, return of organization exempt from income tax are subject to examination by the irs, generally for three years after they are filed.
