"related" individuals shall not be placed in wesley enhanced living through employment, transfer, or promotion when such placement will result in one relative supervising another and/or having the responsibility to make or participate actively in making decisions regarding the "related" employee's employment status. Persons who have conflicts will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will abstain from both discussion and vote on any matter involving the conflict.”

For other employees, compensation reviews are completed internally comparing compensation data available through leading age, the hospital & healthcare compensation service salary & benefits report, and other benchmarks.”
