Compensation studies are done periodically by an outside compensation consultant to determine compensation, using comparative independent data. The ceo is the only employee who has an employment contract. For other employees, compensation reviews are completed internally comparing compensation data available through leading age, the hospital & healthcare compensation service salary & benefits report, and other benchmarks. This was last completed in 2018.”
