In addition to these state and federal programs, Arcadia provides financial assistance in the form of grants and scholarships to 99% of full time undergraduate students. Among the entire Arcadia undergraduate population of 2,640 students enrolled during the fall 2015, 32% were receiving Pell Grants, 27% would be the first in their families to graduate from college, 2% were covered by Act 101, and 90% received University-financed financial assistance; 66% received Work Study support. Arcadia also provides academic support through the Gateway to Success program, which includes Act 101 services for PA residents who qualify at 200% of the poverty level and provides personal attention and resources throughout the academic year to help them succeed. |
