“For 2014 and prior years, martin library operated as a member library of the york county library system. Martin library's payroll was processed by the library system. Effective january 1, 2015, martin library was converted from a member library to a branch library. From 2015 forward, the operating activities of the martin library will be processed by the york county library system and will be reflected on the financial statements and on the 990 tax return of the york county library system.”
