Yoga Behind Bars shares yoga and meditation with incarcerated youth and adults; offers trauma-informed yoga trainings; and provides support to Yoga Behind Bars trained incarcerated yoga teachers.

We provided 1,399 hours of trauma-informed yoga and meditation instruction, a $104,888 in-kind donation by our volunteer instructors.
