“2019 Program Descriptions and ResultsPrinciple Based Leadership (dba Core 300) is a California-based, global, Spirit-led movement that serves families worldwide by educating and developing men through 3 semesters of transformative Boot Camp curricula, relevant holistic humanitarian aid, and educational services to the marginalized and underserved. Our course graduates are activated as servant leaders to their wives, children, their workplace, often providing volunteer leadership and human capital to those same and other holistic ministries. The statistically proven outcome for over 40,000 men worldwide that have graduated from the Warrior course since 2008 is the phenomenon of a spiritual, mental, and emotional awakening. The main character of the first course is Gideon, presented as the everyman. His primitive tribal life and heroic example disassociates a man from the toxic tribalism and empowers them with a transformed identity as a beloved adopted son of Father God, changing their paradigm in core roles as fathers, husbands, and servants to their community. In this journey, they are discovering and living out the purpose for which God has made them.Much of our leadership development ministry is our partnership with Principle Based Leadership (a Kenya-registered non-profit Association) headquartered in Bungoma, Kenya. They in turn serve their nation and Uganda, with Core 300 processes, coaching, and curricula. Funds are monitored via monthly, budget, and expense based grants.In 2019, the cumulative number of people that heard the gospel directly from indigenous transformed men was 13,625 and those directly served by the same was 32,790. These are three of our most significant ProgramsI. PBL School of Leadership ProgramOur interdenominational School of Leadership uses our training facilities at PBLs Bungoma, Kenya headquarters for local events. However, Kenya is a nation close to the size of Texas, so over 95% of all training that we do is mobile. Like Jesus and the Apostle Paul, we go to sites across Kenya and Ugandaoften into the impoverished Bush villages where adult education is rarely available, and where 75-90% of East African families live. In addition to certification training in our holistic humanitarian aid ministries, our 110 PBL certified trainers (Coordinators) provide three certification courses to our students. 1. The Warrior This 2-3 day live course awakens a mans creative mind, drives out toxic tribalism, ignorance, spiritual bondage, and despair. The extensive training replaces these liabilities with hope and a living father-son relationship with their Father-God. Course content included lectures, Troika (small groups of 3-men) breakout sessions, and a textbook (Called to War-US only). The result of equipping the men as spiritual Warriors gives the man the freedom and inner virtues to conquer the inner and social malignancy of Tribalismincluding poverty and the absence of a father in their own upbringingthe very things that make most African men toxic influencers in their world. Results a) In October 2019, we conducted a confidential Warrior Wives Survey with wives of husbands who had completed the course between 2013-2016 to measure sustained changes in their husband's behavior in the 3 key categories of husbanding, fathering, and economic performance. The wives scored their husband as either much better or very much better in 95.5%.b) Number of conferences in 2018 -42c) Number of conferences in 2019 -90 d) In 2019, 3,800 new Warriors graduated. Most of them were vocational ministers e) From 2013 to 2018, 5,300 Warriors graduatedf) All students received a Bible, a Warrior workbook, and a certificate 1. The Priest This 2-3 day live course is taught to graduates of the Warrior course only--and makes the changes they experienced in the Warrior course operationaladding skill sets, personal accountability, and self-awareness to the foundation set in the first class. “The PBL Sanctuary ChurchOur men, with 20 Chaplains to help them, are now actively helping the released ex-cons assimilate into their families (often with confession, healing, and counseling) and the local community. The ex-con must serve in the church also. PBL-Kenya helps ex-cons with starting a new business or getting access to seed and fertilizer. A dozen churches signed up for what is now called a PBL Sanctuary Church. Like the sanctuary cities of ancient Israel, Sanctuary Churches are a place whose pastors are trained Warriors and Priests, and whose congregations have been taught to open their hearts to newly released ex-cons and their families. Previously, these men were driven away from their own homes, and banished from churches. Gods design had thought of the spiritual, social, and economic wellbeing of these ex-con Warriors way before we were awarded the contract with the government. PBL alumni Bishops and Pastorsseeded by the Warrior and Priest courses, were moved to exchange their hardened tribal custom of rejecting any ex-con who came into their church.”
