“Iraq - cwbs new program in iraq included two tours to iraqi kurdistan. Cwb created two original clown shows, which were performed for syrian and iranian refugees and internally displaced persons. Egypt - cwb led a capacity building workshop for egyptian artists and performed for marginalized communities in egypt, including street children, refugees, and trash collectors. Lebanon - cwb created an original performance and performed in refugee camps, primarily for syrian refugees. Mexico - cwb created an original performance and performed for refugees and asylum seekers, with a special focus on survivors of human trafficking. Some performances were also for host communities, in towns where migrant caravans pass through. Poland cwb created an original performance and performed for ukrainian refugees in poland. Romania cwb collaborated with romanian artists to create an original performance which was performed in refugee centers for ukrainian refugees. Cwb also led a workshop for humanitarian aid workers. Advocacy : clowns without borders participated in a number of conferences, meetings, and programs designed to advance the right to play. In addition to those activities outlined above, cwb attended the healthcare clown international meeting, the general assembly of clowns without borders, and gave virtual presentations.”
