Mission

Servicing special needs people by providing in home health services, individualized supported living assistance and community integration services

Major Activities

Activity 2
Community integration services were provided for nineteen persons diagnosed with developmental disabilities these services consisted of either in-home personal care assistance or off-site day habilitation services trained staff provided individua l care for persons with the same needs as residential habilitation but usually these individuals live in their natural homes services are contracted with the missouri department of mental health and funded through missouri medicaid waiver program

In-home health care services were provided for nine persons these services consisted of homemakerchores in-home personal care assistance rn-medications assistance and bi-annual rn assessments trained staff provided individual care for persons in their natural home setting services are contracted with department of senior and disability services
