We feel the needs of our patients are best met through a multidisciplinary team approach which includes the patient/community, agency, the physicians and the hospitals. We provide the following services to help meet those needs: nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, nutrition and medical social services. To ensure that all care is provided in a professional, competent, and courteous manner, ongoing and adequate supervision is an integral part of our service delivery.
