Hospitals home health care, inc. Believes every human being should have access to and receive high quality, comprehensive, effective and appropriate healthcare services to achieve their optimal level of health and wellness. We believe in a patient/family centered approach to care. We feel the needs of our patients are best met through a multidisciplinary team approach which includes the patient/community, agency, the physicians and the hospitals. We provide the following services to help meet those needs: nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, nutrition and medical social services. To ensure that all care is provided in a professional, competent, and courteous manner, ongoing and adequate supervision is an integral part of our service delivery.
