Once any questions or corrections are addressed, the draft federal form 990 is then distributed to the full board of directors prior to electronically filing with the internal revenue service.”

After exercising due diligence, the board of directors or committee shall determine whether end aids coalition can obtain with reasonable efforts a more advantageous transaction or arrangement from a person or entity that would not give rise to a conflict of interest.”
