Mission

To create comprehensive, effective housing and service programs for homeless and low-income people, particularly those suffering from serious mental illness, hiv/aids, and other disabling conditions.

Cucs' mission is to end homelessness for as many people as possible and to provide opportunities for low income individuals and families to be productive members of the community.

("cucs") is reviewed by management and then distributed to the board of directors for review and approval prior to its filing. Policies - monitoring of conflict of interest policy part vi, section b, line 12c each board member and senior management member has received a copy of the conflict of interest policy from cucs and is required to annually sign an affirmation of compliance.
