Mission

F.h. Community living program, inc. Provides housing to people living with mental illness. On august 17, 2017, fh homes housing development fund corporation assumed administration of the program formerly owned by the reporting organization: a 20-unit apartment facility located at 2264-66 amsterdam avenue in manhattan, new york. The contract with the funding source for the reporting organization was transferred to the fh homes housing development fund corporation on such date.
