“The organization has two types of members: insurer member: a property or casualty insurance company that utilizes the insurance arbitration services of the organization or individual who is employed by a property or casualty insurance company. Non-insurer member: a company or individual who is not an insurer member. A non-insurer member would include self-insureds, tpas (third party administrators) and any other person or entity that is authorized to and does utilize the services of the organization. As of december 31, 2025, the organization has over 5,100 members consisting solely of insurers, self-insureds, and third-party administrators.”

There were several reviews after the ceo survery with usi due to additional senior manager position updates, and that additional work was concluded in early 2025.”
