“The bylaws were amended october 15, 2020 to define non-voting members and to move the list of directors to attachment a. Non-voting member shall mean a signatory to one or more subrogation arbitration agreements administered by forums or individual who is employed by a signatory. Signatories may be an insurer member or a noninsurer member. A non-voting member shall not have the right to vote at the annual meeting of voting members. A non-voting member shall not participate in entitlements of forums unless expressly permitted by resolution adopted pursuant to article 5, section 5.1(c).”

Non-insurer member: a company or individual who is not an insurer member. As of december 31, 2020, the organization has 5,200 members consisting solely of insurers, self-insureds, and tpas.”
