Line 25-in a prior year hdsw received a loan of 465,000 from friends of human development services inc. ("friends"), a related party. The loan is non-interest bearing and has no definitive due date. Friends owed hdsw for grants, management fees and other related costs. The board of directors of friends has approved to apply of the total amount due to hdsw against the outstanding loan balance to bring the balance due to friends to 304,189 at december 31,2017. Line 25- hdsw accrued a final settlement agreement with nys workers compensation board for 155,105. The outstanding balance as of december 31, 2017 was 129,231.”
