Line 25-in a prior year hdsw received a loan of 465,000 from friends of human development services inc. ("friends"), a related party. The loan is non-interest bearing and has no definitive due date. Friends owed hdsw for grants, management fees and other related costs. The board of directors of friends has approved the application of the total amount due to hdsw to the outstanding loan balance to bring the balance due to friends to 321,528 at december 31,2016. Line 25- hdsw accrued an estimated workers' compensation insurance assessment of 187,023 and 195,337 as of december 31, 2016 and 2015, respectively. A settlement agreement with nys workers compensation board became final on january 19, 2017 for a reduced amount of 155,105. Hdsw will account for the reduction of liability in 2017.”
