Saint Thomas More Endowment and Development Fund, Inc., a non-profit organization, organized to hold and maintain the fixed assets and investments for the benefit of Saint Thomas More School, Inc., or one or more other organizations described in Section 509(a)(1) or 509(a)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code.
