Saint Thomas More Endowment and Development Fund, Inc., a non-profit organization, organized to hold and maintain the fixed assets and investments for the benefit of Saint Thomas More School, Inc., or one or more other organizations described in Section 509(a)(1) or 509(a)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code. The mission and purposes of the corporation are as follows: to protect and preserve the assets entrusted to its keeping for the St. Thomas More School; to investigate, choose and employ investment advisors and counselors and financial planners to provide for the conservation, orderly growth, and accumulation of the Endowment Fund; to investigate, devise and develop, fund and promote scholarships for students of St. Thomas More School as it deems appropriate; to foster and promote development activities; and to preserve and protect St. Thomas More School and to transfer funds as it deems necessary and advisable to promote the mission, goals, and operation of St. Thomas More School.
