Under this agreement, chelsea jewish lifecare was appointed as the sole and exclusive business manager and administrator of all business and administrative functions and services associated with jgs administrative services, inc. The agreement has a term of ten (10) years, which will be extended for subsequent one-year terms thereafter, in the event that neither party exercises its right to terminate the agreement.”
