Leadership development we offer a suite of state-of-the-art leadership development programs (associates, fellows, biodiversity fellows, north carolina accelerator, next generation executives). Anchored by our globally recognized subject matter experts, exhaustive research, and decades of experience, our leadership programs provide our participants with the tools, resources, and networks to navigate challenges often experienced by professionals of color, delivered through a rigorous curriculum intended to foster career growth for professionals of all backgrounds and across career levels. Leadership development enrollment by programs 141 associates from 28 companies; 167 fellows from 50 companies; 70 biodiversity fellows from 10 companies; 27 nc mid-career leadership accelerator from 3 companies; and 95 nge'ers from 48 companies. Each program participant listed above was fully funded by their employer, sponsorship, grant, or by class gift funds.
