Additional Explanations

Form 990, Part IX, Line 11G

Contractual services: program service expenses 2,450,875. Management and general expenses 0. Fundraising expenses 35,209. Total expenses 2,486,084.

FORM 990, PART XI, LINE 9:

Unrealized gain on investments 85,985.

Part XI, Line 2C

The organization has not changed its methods of oversight from prior years. The board of directors oversees the audit.

Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

Fasb asc 740, income taxes, requires entities to disclose in their financial statements the nature of any uncertainty in their tax positions. For tax exempt entities, tax-exempt status itself is deemed to be an uncertainty, as events could potentially occur to jeopardize their tax-exempt status. Management believes the organization has no uncertain tax positions. The organization anticipates that it will not have a change in uncertain tax positions during the next twelve months that would have a material impact on their consolidated financial statements. If necessary, the organization would accrue interest and penalties on uncertain tax positions as a component of the provision for income taxes. Management believes the organization is no longer subject to income tax examinations for years prior to 2010 .

IRS990ScheduleD/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt0FASB ASC 740, INCOME TAXES, REQUIRES ENTITIES TO DISCLOSE IN THEIR FINANCIAL STATEMENTS THE NATURE OF ANY UNCERTAINTY IN THEIR TAX POSITIONS.

IRS990ScheduleF/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt0THE ORGANIZATION ("PMC") USES TWO PRIMARY METHODS TO ACCOUNT FOR EXPENDITURES IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES. FIRST, WHEN THE ORGANIZATION HAS ESTABLISHED AN OFFICE AND A LOCAL BANK ACCOUNT IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY, A FULL MONTHLY ACCOUNTING OF ALL REVENUE AND EXPENSE TRANSACTIONS IS REQUIRED (ALONG WITH SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION SUCH AS BANK STATEMENTS) TO BE FORWARDED BY FOREIGN COUNTRY STAFF TO PMC'S U.S. HEADQUARTERS. REVENUE AND EXPENSES ARE THEN SUMMARIZED, CONVERTED TO U.S. DOLLAR EQUIVALENTS, AND ENTERED INTO PMC'S GENERAL LEDGER ON A "DEPARTMENTAL" BASIS, WITH A SEPARATE "DEPARTMENT" FOR EACH FOREIGN COUNTRY. SECONDLY, WHERE AN OFFICE AND BANK ACCOUNT HAVE NOT BEEN ESTABLISHED AND FUNDS ARE BEING EXPENDED BY A PMC REPRESENTATIVE OR AGENT, MONTHLY "EXPENSE REPORTS" ARE REQUIRED OF THE REPRESENTATIVE TO ACCOUNT FOR EXPENDITURES.
