Beginning at last Staff Day meeting, all staff had a brief orientation as to the purpose of the conflict of interest statement and signed an "Employee Professional Conduct Commitment" form. Staff leaders are well acquainted with conflict of interest and can advise quickly to staff inquiry. Conflict of interest is also referenced in the Personnel Policy which new staff receive upon hire and all staff receive when there are changes.”
