Financial Statement Notes

Schedule D, Page 3, Part X

Income taxes - the company is a non-profit tax-exempt corporation under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code for federal income tax purposes and, as a non-profit tax-exempt corporation, it is not required to file a state corporate tax return. Therefore, no provision for income taxes has been made in the financial statements. Management of the company has analyzed the tax positions taken by the company and has concluded that as of december 31, 2017 there are no uncertain positions taken or expected to be taken that would require disclosure in the financial statements. The company is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions; however there are currently no audits for any tax period in progress. The company's management believes it is no longer subject to income tax examinations for years prior to december 31, 2014.
