Utahns Protecting Our Constitution is formed to promote social welfare by advancing, defending, and educating on constitutional principles and civic betterment within Utah.

Litigation: Supported the legal challenge to Amendment D's ballot language and constitutional notice requirements. In September 2024, Utah courts ruled the amendment void, and the Utah Supreme Court affirmed, so votes on Amendment D were not counted.-$7,564
