Advocacy: Led a statewide effort opposing Utah's 2024 Constitutional Amendment D by educating voters and stakeholders and coordinating public communications focused on protecting Utah's ballot initiative rights.-$15,128
Litigation: Supported the legal challenge to Amendment D's ballot language and constitutional notice requirements. In September 2024, Utah courts ruled the amendment void, and the Utah Supreme Court affirmed, so votes on Amendment D were not counted.-$7,564
Coalition: Convened and coordinated a coalition of nonprofits and partners opposing Amendment D to align strategy and messaging and amplify statewide outreach.-$7,564
