Salaries for all "highly compensated" employees are reviewed by the president, cfo and hr director in comparison to benchmark salary data of functionally comparable positions in similarly situated organizations, both public and private (including both not-for-profit and for-profit), and comparable location of the organization. Data is compiled from various sources including guidestar, hrn performance solutions, employer's group, and the economic research institute.”
