“The form 990 is reviewed by both the audit and finance committees of the board of directors. Following incorporation of their comments, the final draft is circulated to the entire board of directors prior to submission.”

Salaries for all "highly compensated" employees are reviewed by the president, cfo and hr director in comparison to benchmark salary data of functionally comparable positions in similarly situated organizations, both public and private (including both not-for-profit and for-profit), and comparable location of the organization. Data is compiled from various sources including guidestar, hrn performance solutions, employer's group, and the economic research institute. In 2022 a comprehensive compensation study was conducted by a third party.”
