“The form 990 is reviewed by both the audit and finance committees of the board of directors. Following incorporation of their comments, the final draft is circulated to the entire board of directors prior to submission.”

“Questionnaires are provided at the beginning of each year for directors, officers and key employees to review and sign. The audit committee of the board monitors the policy reviews any conflicts that may have arisen at each of their meetings during the year. There have not been any conflicts during the year.”

Data is compiled from various sources including guidestar, hrn performance solutions, employer's group, and the economic research institute. In 2022 a comprehensive compensation study was conducted by a third party.”
