West valley towers is a not-for-profit corporation formed in accordance with the not-for-profit statutes of the state of california. The corporation was formed for the purpose of operating a 97 unit community known as west valley towers located in van nuys, california, which provides housing for low-income elderly persons. A partnership purchased the project and west valley towers now funds west valley rhf partners, lp through a seller carryback loan, and is the sole member of west valley rhf housing, llc. The main purpose of this entity going forward will be a financing arm of the low income project through the new partnership.
