“Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b - The process that this organization uses to review the Form 990 prior to it's filing is: the directors at a special meeting review the report that is presented to them by the treasurer, and the summary of the information that is contained in the Form 990 to be filed. if there are no points of concern, then the report and forms are approved by the board to be filed. If there are issues that are identified, that are to be addressed, then the treasurer is directed to make the necessary corrections, as needed, and to file the necessary forms.”
