“The process that this organization uses to review the Form 990 prior to its filing is: The Directors at a special meeting review the report presented that is presented to them by the treasurer, and the summary of information that is contained in the Form 990 to be filed. If there are no points of concern, the report and forms are then approved by the board to be filed. If there are issues that are to be addressed, the treasurer is then directed to make the necessary corrections, as needed, and to file the required forms.”

“At an annual meeting, this organization reviews and monitors compliance of it's administrative staff and directors with the applicable organizational conflict of interest policy. All administrative staff, officers, and directors hereof are advised of the policy, and are encouraged to submit an annual conflict of interest statement, the the board for review. If a potential conflict of interest is determined to exist, the person with the potential conflict is then requested to abstain/refrain from participating with the issue, that would cause the conflict to take place. The compliance with this policy in this organization is monitored by the board, and direct administrative measure are taken as needed to enforce any noncompliance with the board rulings, involving staff, administrative officers or directors.”
