Clinical services: 1. Accord - ecs' accord is a state licensed dui treatment services program providing drug and alcohol treatment to an average of approximately 6,000 residents of the east county san diego region of san diego county.2. Para las familias- ecs' para las familias provides bi-lingual behavioral healthcare screening,assessment, family therapy, school observation, and teacher/parent consultation to 254 low income families with children aged birth to five years living in the south bay region of san diego county.

Activity 3

Housing and supportive services: 1. Safe havens - ecs' up-and downtown safe havens provide transitional housing services to 100 mentally ill homeless adults at two locations in the city of san diego.2. Friend to friend - ecs' friend to friend homeless outreach program provides street outreach, advocacy, referral and linkage, case management and vocational reintegration services to approximately 1,300 people each year, all of whom are mentally ill homeless adults living in the central areas of the city of san diego.
