John Tracy Clinic is the leading diagnostic and education center for young children with hearing loss. JTC's mission is to provide parent-centered services to young children with hearing loss locally and globally, offering hope, guidance and encouragement.

Former officers, directors, trustees, and key employees that received compensation or other benefits:the board of directors of the clinic approved a retirement benefit of the former president which commenced in september 2003. The benefit provides a monthly payment of $3,200 to the retiree and his surviving spouse for the remainder of their joint lives. During dr. Garrity's tenure, the organization did not provide other retirement plan/deferred compensation benefits, such as contributions to a 401(k) or 403(b) plan.

The program trains participants to work with families with diverse linguistic, cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
