Mission

To benefit & support mission housing development corporation, a california nonprofit public benefit corporation, and its purposes in accordance with section 509(a)(3) of the internal revenue code by (1) providing affordable housing for low income persons, where inadequate housing exists for such groups; and (2) providing decent, safe and sanitary housing for low income persons, or for low income persons who are homeless or in imminent danger of homelessness, or who are displaced from urban renewal areas, or as a result of governmental action, or a major disaster where in adequate housing exists for such groups.
