IN ORDER TO MAKE THESE LOW-INCOME HOUSING PROJECTS THAT THE ORGANIZATION IS INVESTED IN VIABLE, CAPITAL CONTRIBUTIONS ARE OCCASIONALLY REQUIRED. DUE TO LACK OF CASH FLOW FOR COLOSIMO APARTMENTS, INC. DURING THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2022, MHDC CONTRIBUTED $399,339 TO THE SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION WHICH THEY USED TO PASS THROUGH TO THE LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS THEY ARE INVESTED IN. THIS RESULTED IN ZERO CURRENT YEAR MONETARY SUPPORT PROVIDED BY THE SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION TO THE SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION.SINCE CAPITAL CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ARE NOT NECESSARYILY REQUIRED ON AN ANNUAL BASIS, THERE SHOULD BE MONETARY SUPPORT PROVIDED TO THE SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION IN FUTURE YEARS. |
