The project is managed by eugene burger management corporation (ebmc), an unrelated c corporation. Ebmc is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the low-income housing project, including maintenance of accounting records, rent collection, facility maintenance, etc. Unity homes, inc. Has no employees. All payroll forms, including w-2's, are filed by ebmc.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6

The members shall consist of such natural persons who have been approved for membership and who have executed an occupancy agreement & shall reside in a dwelling unit located in the project. The authorized membership of the corporation shall consist of 94 regular memberships.

The affairs of the corporation shall be governed by a board of directors composed of nine persons, all of whom shall be members of the corporation. Directors are elected by a vote of the members of the corporation and shall serve a term of three years.
