The project is managed by eugene burger management corporation (ebmc), an unrelated c corporation. Ebmc is responsible for the day to day operations of the low income housing project, including maintenance of accounting records, rent collection, facility maintenance, etc.

The members shall consist of such natural persons who have been approved for membership and who have executed an occupancy agreement & shall reside in a dwelling unit located in the project. The authorized membership of the corporation shall consist of 94 regular memberships.

The affairs of the corporation shall be governed by a board of directors composed of nine (9) persons, all of whom shall be members of the corporation. Directors are elected by a vote of the members of the corporation and shall serve a term of three years.
