“Compensation of the local's top management officers and key employees are reviewed and approved by the governing body using data as to comparable compensation for similarly qualified persons in comparable positions at similar labor unions compensation approval is documented in the minutes of the executive board and general membership minutes.”

“Upon review of the local union document, it was discovered that differences existed in assets, payable and opening balance equity. The correct amount has been adjusted for and hence the need to amend 2017 form 990 to reflect the adjustment.”

“Upon review of the local union document it was discovered that $-29,320 difference exist in net assets or fund balances as a result of reclassification of Accounts payable and accrued expenses, Unrestricted net assets, and Temporarily restricted net assets. The amount has been adjusted and reported on the 2017 form 990.”
