Professionally developing member staff - we invest in the staff at our member organizations by offering training and professional development opportunities for teachers, social workers, fundraisers, operations staff, and leaders. Advocating for the model with narratives & data - we benchmark program performance among our members, using both data and success stories to identify trends and elevate their work on a national scale. Collective partnering with supportive organizations - we cultivate relationships with vendors, national nonprofits, funders, industry partners, and government organizations to provide our members with better access to resources and support.”
