By providing fiscal sponsorship, coupled with training, technical assistance, and adapting programs elements to new locations, our goal is to create a scrap usa network of programs that are an incubator of emerging practices and serve as a national replication model. Though this process, we will demonstrate national leadership by empowering communities to capture the environmental, economic, and social benefits associated with building and managing creative reuse centers.
