“The organization has approximately 75 general member businesses representing approximately 9,000 employees. These members are property and/or building owners and managers within the lloyd district area. The membership has the power to nominate and elect members of the board of directors at the annual meeting, recommend for the board of directors' approval of an annual budget for the ensuing year, and approve changes and revisions to the by-laws.”

“Go lloyd has a board of directors consisting of 18 voting members and 4 non-voting members. The board is elected by the membership at the annual meeting. All members serve without compensation. The boards' duties include the power to select and remove any officers of go lloyd; to plan, manage and control the affairs of go lloyd; to change the principal office of go lloyd; to borrow money for the benefit of the organization; and to carry out any other business of go lloyd, as deemed appropriate. The board members have two year terms, and may serve multiple terms.”

“Each member of the board of directors shall be provided a draft copy of the organization's form 990 for review before it is filed with the irs. They will direct inquiries (if any) to the executive director, controller, or go lloyd's cpa.”

“The board of directors shall monitor the transactions (if any) between go lloyd and any insiders, to ensure that any transactions between the organization and an insider that is a conflict of interest is fair to go lloyd and does not grant excessive benefit to the insider. The purpose of the this policy is to ensure that directors, officers, and those who exercise substantial influence over go lloyd do not use their influences to obtain benefits in excess of fair market value in transactions with go lloyd, and that go lloyd observes both state and federal laws concerning conflicts and excess benefit transactions.”

“The organization makes its articles of incorporation, any amendments or restatements to the articles, and its most recent three years of the form 990 available to the public for inspection and copying upon request. Go lloyd has determined that it is not in its best interest to make any additional documents or information available to the public.”

“OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 4: OTHER: THE ORGANIZATION CONTINUED ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT TO THE LLOYD ENHANCED SERVICES DISTRICT.WE MADE USING ACTIVE TRANSPORTATION SAFER AND EASIER FOR LLOYD RESIDENTS AND EMPLOYEES BY DISTRIBUTING THESE FREE RESOURCES.GO LLOYD DISTRIBUTED THE FOLLOWING ACTIVE TRANSPORTATION TOOLS TO LLOYD BUSINESSES, EMPLOYEES AND RESIDENTS: 1,000+ WALKING LIGHTS, 500+ BIKE KEYCHAINS, lLOYD LINKS PREPARED CUSTOM COMMUTE PLANS FOR EMPLOYEES, 400+ BIKE LIGHTS, 44 NEW BIKE PARKING SPACES ADDED THROUGH OUR BIKE RACK PURCHASING PROGRAM, AND 1,500+ WALKING AND BIKING MAPS. OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 5: OUTREACH AND COMMUNICATIONS:WE GOT OUR MESSAGE ACROSS TO MORE THAN 15,600 PEOPLE IN 2018. - INSTAGRAM FOLLOWERS: INCREASED 44% SINCE 2017 - TWITTER FOLLOWERS: INCREASED 2% SINCE 2017 - FACEBOOK FOLLOWERS: INCREASED 10% SINCE 2017WE ORGANIZED 12 TRANSPORTATION FAIRS AROUND THE LLOYD NEIGHBORHOOD THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, WITH SEVERAL TRANSPORTATION ORGANIZATIONS REPRESENTED AND ATTENDED BY APPROXIMATELY 900 EMPLOYEES AND RESIDENTS. WE CONDUCTED SUMMER OUTREACH AT THE WEEKLY LLOYD FARMERS MARKET, LUNCHTIME CONCERTS, AND OTHER COMMUNITY EVENTS WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF A SUMMER INTERN.WE CONTINUED TO CONDUCT OUTREACH WITH MANY OF THE 500 BUSINESS IN LLOYD, INCLUDING REGULAR EMAILS, IN-PERSON MEETINGS, AND PAPER COMMUNICATIONS SUCH AS EVENT POSTERS.IN 2018, GO LLOYD HELD: . 3 BIKE BREAKFASTS . 9 WORKSHOPS . 6 WALKS . 8 BIKE REPAIR STATIONSGO LLOYD SERVED, MET WITH, AND SHARED INFORMATION WITH MORE THAN 14,000 PEOPLE IN PERSON AND ONLINE. WE SPOKE WITH 1,005 PEOPLE AT TRANSPORTATION FAIRS AND OTHER TABLING EVENTS. OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 6: CONNECTING PEOPLE:AS WE MOVE FORWARD, GO LLOYD WILL FOCUS NOT ONLY OUR EMPLOYEES AND RESIDENTS, BUT ON THE TENS OF THOUSANDS OF VISITORS WHO COME TO LLOYD EACH YEAR TO SHOP, EAT, WATCH GAMES AND CONCERTS, ATTEND CONVENTIONS, AND MORE.GO LLOYD DEVELOPED NEW PARTNERSHIPS WITH BIKETOWN AND AARP. WE ALSO WORKED WITH LLOYD ECODISTRICT ON SEVERAL PROJECTS.”
