Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

The financial statements include the financial activity of the project and not the financial activity of the organization. No provision has been made in the financial statements for income taxes because all taxable income, losses, and credits, if any, would be allocated to the organization. The project has no taxable unrelated business income. Management believes that it has appropriate support for any tax positions taken, and as such, does not have any uncertain tax positions that are material to the financial statements. The project would recognize future accrued interest and penalties related to unrecognized tax benefits and liabilities in income tax expense if such interest and penalties are incurred.
